For several years, the Attijariwafa bank group has
made gender equality a strategic priority. This
commitment is ref lected in the implementation of
concrete and measurable actions, such as the adoption
of a recruitment and promotion policy based on equal
opportunities, the establishment of a remuneration
system guaranteeing equal pay for men and women,
and the introduction of a gender diversity charter
at all levels of the organization and among all its
