Attijariwafa bank Egypt achieved a solid overall
performance and introduced a wide range of
innovative products and services, strengthening
its position in the Egyptian market. The Bank
embarked on the path of digital transformation
with the creation of a Digital Squad and other key
initiatives. At the same time, the Bank strengthened
its commitment to f inancial inclusion by supporting
women, entrepreneurs, young people and people
with disabilities, while promoting f inancial
education in all these segments. Finally, the Bank
continued to encourage local culture and social
entrepreneurship through various projects as part
of its corporate social responsibility.
Attijari bank Tunisia has accelerated its digital
transformation to serve operational excellence and
customer satisfaction. The Bank has introduced
innovative services for Tunisians living abroad, such
as electronic signatures and personalized legal and
accounting consultations.
It has also deployed a Digital Competence Center
and automated several business processes
through robotics. Structural projects such as
the IT overhaul, the MXP version upgrade and
the installation of a Datalake have strengthened
technological performance. The new Corporate
relationship model has strengthened personalized
support for corporate customers.
Attijari bank Tunisia is also committed to measuring
the extra-f inancial performance of its CSR actions
in order to assess their impact on its environment.
Last but not least, change management in Human
Capital was a key strategic concern, and 2024 was
crowned by the operationalization of career tracks
and the overhaul of the performance management
system to support employees' dif ferentiated
aspirations.
