Crédit du Congo has af Ïrmed its commitment
to national talent by supporting two Congolese
entrepreneurs who won awards at FIAD 24:

Prix Jeune Entrepreneur and Prix Coup de
Coeur du Jury. Aware of the key role played by
VSEs and entrepreneurs in the development of
the Republic of Congo, the Bank supports them
through specialized trade fairs and tailor-made
banking packages, integrating value-added
services and tax exemptions. It also supports
various projects in the cultural and artistic f ields
through the "Art Talent" competition, an initiative
dedicated to promoting Congolese creativity
and helping young artists to professionalize
their artistic expressions. Crédit du Congo is also
preparing to open Pointe-Noire's f irst business
center.
At the same time, the Bank was equally dynamic
in the retail market, with the launch of the
"Sponsor your colleague" program.
Last but not least, the launch of the Customer
Relations Centre and the upgrade of the CDCNet+
application are helping to strengthen the multi-
channel customer experience.
SCB Cameroun continued to implement its
20212024 strategic plan accelerating its digital
transformation with innovations for businesses
and individuals alike scancheque a new
version of EBanknet the launch of the SCB POS
terminal, local production of bank cards and the
possibility of changing PIN codes at ATMs are just
some of the changes that have taken place.
The customer experience in branches has been
enhanced, with a new complaints management
system, improved product and service paths,
the renovation of several branches and a vast
quality caravan designed to collect customer
feedback on the spot following a visit to one of
our branches.
Internally, the rejuvenation of the workforce and
the training of employees have led to an increase
in the skills of middle management and the
cohesion of teams around the same ambition: to
rank among the best banks in Cameroon.
On the community front, SCB Cameroun has
remained true to its commitment to women's
entrepreneurship through the SUFAWE program,
its support for education and its backing for social
initiatives.
All these ef forts have been crowned with several
awards and certif ications: Innovation Award
and Best Treasury Specialist Award, awarded by
the State of Cameroon for its support in terms
of underwriting volumes; IFACI certif ication for
the Internal Audit department's alignment with
international standards in this f ield, not forgetting
the Synergy Award awarded to the Cash
Management teams at Trade Days 2024. And the
year ended with a signif icant increase in the main
f inancial aggregates.
