The Attijariwafa bank group is continuing its
commitment to retailers, craftsmen, very
small businesses and entrepreneurs through
an integrated strategy combining innovative
f inancial solutions with local support and
encouragement for entrepreneurship. Aware of
the economic and social challenges facing this
dynamic segment with its specif ic needs, the
Group has developed numerous initiatives to
support them in their development projects.
Launched in 2024, the e-com endowment enables
Moroccan companies that do not have a foreign
currency account or a convertible MAD account
to access an international endowment. To also
support the personal needs of microbusiness
leaders, a consumer loan has been specif ically
designed for them. At the same time, a new home
loan of fer with more f lexible terms and attractive
rates has been launched to meet the needs of
personal housing (Rasmali Sakani) or business
premises Rasmali Mihani
The digital component is a key pillar of this
customer support strategy. Attijariwafa bank has
therefore introduced the “Business Store” module
for very small businesses, which enables them to
subscribe to and manage banking services online
via the “Attijari Entreprises” portals.
The new Nassiha platform also contributes to
the desire to provide personalized and practical
remote advice to merchants and self-employed
entrepreneurs. A new digital communication
strategy has also been launched, based on
useful and engaging brand content under various
concepts such as Houloul Al Hiraf i, Hekayat
Moukawil and Houloul Moukawil, as well as
thematic webinars with experts. The introduction
of Google Pay falls within this commitment
to technological innovation at the service of
customers. It is accompanied by an educational
campaign launched in partnership with a well
known inf luencer The Injad International digital
solution which facilitates the subscription to this
travel insurance is also worth mentioning
