This year, Attijari bank Tchad strengthened its
customer-focused services through the introduction
of new dedicated services and the deployment of
solutions in the f ield. The year was also marked
by an intensif ication of visibility and commitment
initiatives, with the organization of professional
meetings, participation in major conferences,
support for higher education establishments and
the launch of targeted communication campaigns.
The Bank continued to develop its CSR actions
in favor of the environment, through active
participation in National Tree Week and f inancial
and technical support for women's empowerment

implementation of the LOANGO project, aimed
at improving the monitoring of credit f iles for
individuals to ensure a smoother process. We

and contactless electronic payment terminals
(TPE) at retailers.

Throughout the year, Banque Internationale
pour l'Afrique au Togo (BIA Togo) strengthened
its customer proximity with targeted campaigns
on back-to-school credit and rapid transfers,
while reopening the Zongo branch to better cover
its areas of activity. The bank also asserted its
presence in the economic ecosystem through its
participation in several major events, including
the Salon International des Banques and the West
