In 2024, The Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB)
launched its new strategic plan, "Impulsion
2028", with the ambition of transforming today's
challenges into sustainable opportunities. This
plan is built around three major axes:
• Digital transformation: modernizing
services and boosting operational agility ;
• Support for small and medium-sized
enterprises (SMEs) and small and medium-
sized businesses (SSEs): enhanced support
for businesses, the driving force behind the
Ivorian economy;
• Customer excellence: tailor-made
experience through listening and proximity.
At the same time, 2024 was marked by
several key initiatives. The bank enhanced the
functionalities of its SIBNET digital solution,
to of fer a more f luid, convenient and secure
customer experience. It also launched new
of ferings, including bancassurance products
such as Capital Plus Premium and Assistance
Médicale, as well as professionally targeted
packages designed to meet the specif ic needs
of each customer segment. On a regional
level, SIB strengthened its position through
the organization of the Egypt-Côte d'Ivoire
multisector mission and its strong involvement
in the International Africa Development
Forum thus helping to boost SouthSouth
economic exchanges and to promote the Africa
Development Club
Finally true to its commitment to society
the bank has continued its concrete actions
in favor of health culture education and the
environment reaf Ïrming its determination to
combine sustainable performance with positive
impact
The Banque Internationale pour le Mali (BIM)
continued to implement its 2023-2025 Strategic
Development Plan, with a focus on f inancial
consolidation and regulatory compliance.
The year was also marked by other strategic
advances, including the disposal of non-strategic
assets, the modernization of IT systems and
the deployment of the BIM Mobile Banking
application. As for the digitization of training
and the overhaul of HR tools, these have just
been f inalized and will strengthen human capital
capabilities. In addition, BIM has carried out a
number of civic initiatives to help underprivileged
children, vulnerable people and the environment.
Attijari bank Mauritania pursued its transformation
dynamic with the launch of the Attijari ePAY and
MTO Wallet project, the development of internal
digital tools and the introduction of a complaints
management system. At the
same time, the bank rolled out a
vast institutional campaign and
boosted its visibility through its
participation in International
Africa Development Forum
with a stand dedicated to
Mauritania and the award of
the SouthSouth Cooperation
trophy won by a Mauritanian
entrepreneur as well as in
major events notably the
48th General Meeting of the
Federation of African National
